The short version of how our subscriptions and licences work. Please read it before you pay.

Who we are

These terms apply to purchases made on this website from The best software corporation (“we”, “us”).

What you are buying

A subscription is a licence to use the selected product for the period you choose: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. You pay once for the whole period. The subscription does not renew automatically; to continue after it ends, buy a new one.

The licence

The licence is issued to the licence holder email address you enter before paying. That address must be registered in Lockingood, and it cannot be changed after payment. The licence is personal to the licence holder and cannot be resold or shared. It may be bound to the device on which the product is activated. You may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the product.

Payment

Prices are shown in euros. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your licence is issued once the payment is confirmed.

Refunds and problems

If something does not work as described, contact us and we will look at your case. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the product is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
